When Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Monique McCall met Anita Mitchell, she found a kindred spirit. The two are longtime friends.
When Anita shared that she was going to write a memoir, and what she wanted to leave people with, Monique thought it only fitting that her friend have a song to go with her new book.
Monique was inspired to put her incredible talent to work and wrote the words and music within a day, and later took it to Nashville to have it professionally produced.
