Here's just the beginning of a little bit about a lot of interesting and fun things that I'm happy to share with you - starting with the obvious...the Space Program.

	We all know Neil Armstrong’s first words when he set foot on the Moon but what about Buzz Aldrin? In the 50th episode of Star Trek Enterprise, “First Flight”, Captain Archer mentions that no one remembers Aldrin's first words when he stepped onto the lunar surface. 	Nancy Grace Roman (1925–2018) was NASA’s first chief astronomer, its first female executive, the “Mother of Hubble,” and the woman who built its space-astronomy program from scratch — yet she remained far less famous than the telescope she made possible.
	Between 1969 and 1972, humanity achieved the ultimate frontier. Only 12 individuals have ever left their footprints on the dusty surface of another world. From Neil Armstrong’s historic first step to Gene Cernan’s final moments on the lunar surface, these American heroes pushed the boundaries of exploration forever. Leadership: The Value of Laughter

Laughter can be one of the most underrated tools in leadership, not because leaders need to keep things light all the time, but because shared laughter has a way of easing tension and helping people reconnect.

Every workplace has moments that feel heavy, whether it is a difficult deadline, a tough conversation, a mistake that needs to be corrected, or a season of change that has everyone on edge. In those moments, the energy of a leader matters. A leader who can bring appropriate humor into the room can help people breathe again and think more clearly.

The key is using humor with intention. When people feel safe enough to laugh together, they often feel safer speaking honestly and solving problems. Laughter does not replace accountability or strong decision-making. It can support the environment those things depend on.

Used well, humor helps teams stay connected and human, even under pressure.
